Ordering and Booking

  2. Alternatively, you can leave comments on related posts for the items you are interested in. We will respond to you via email.
  3. You can also use our order form accessible from the tab Ordering Method & Form.
  4. Please allow 48 hours for us to respond to your email with payment instructions.
  5. Full payment is required for orders with total purchase value up to RM149.
  6. Booking fee of 50% of total order is allowed only for total purchase value of RM150 and above.
  7. All orders are final. You may only cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. We will ignore your first email. Orders cannot be cancelled once we have responded to your email.


Payment and Shipping
  1. Payment can be made directly to the bank account that will be detailed in the email to you.
  2. Please email us once payment is made. Please include the following information:
    • Date of transaction :
    • Transaction ref no. :
    • Total amount :
  3. Delivery will only be arranged after proof of payment is verified.
  4. If payment was made by cheque deposit, delivery will only be arranged after the cheque is cleared. You are required to pay the fee if the cheque is rejected.
  5. Shipping is via Pos Laju or Pos Express. Postage fee will be advised accordingly.
  6. Shipping will only be arranged on Mondays and Thursdays every week, unless notified differently in our email.
  7. COD can be arranged at the following locations:
    • Cheras Leisure Mall
    • The Curve
    • IKEA
    • KLCC
    • Giants Batu Caves
  8. COD time can be arranged separately to convenience of both parties.


Refund Policy
  1. We endeavour to ensure goods sold and delivered to you are in good condition the moment they leave our premises.
  2. Monies will only be refunded if the goods are damaged upon receiving.
  3. Please contact us regarding refunds directly. If you're using email, please allow 48 hours for us to respond.
  4. You have 7 days to return the goods in their original packaging once we respond to your request.
  5. You are responsible for the postage fee.
  6. Monies will be refunded within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
  7. Monies refunded is excluding the previous postage fee.


Pre-loved items
  1. Please email cooltotsboutique@gmail.com to sell your pre-loved items to us.
  2. Please include the picture and item description.
  3. Please allow 48 hours for us to respond to your email with subsequent arrangements for product viewing.
  4. The price shall be determined based on the condition of goods (wear and tear, colour deterioration, bumps and bruises, scratches, etc). Our price is final.
  5. We reserve the rights to reject goods that are broken or spoiled or torn or failed to operate (for mechanical/electronic/electrical items); basically goods in BAD condition.
